- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Many popular workouts these days can actually make you weaker, destroy your posture, and even worse, stall your fat loss in it’s tracks. All of these things are usually frustrating and can make you feel like there's no hope.No matter what workout you are following, if you’re not getting the results you want within the first 30-50 days, you need to find another workout routine. The reality is that most programs fail because they DO NOT contain Progressive Movement . In order for your body to continue burning fat week after week, and year after year, the exercises and workouts need to progress.

I received my training in Fitness and exercise physiology from National academy of sports medicine, Certificate from Institute of integrative nutrition on dietary strategies
