FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to jump on a brief call with my potential customer and make sure that we are the right fit for each other. Then we meet for a complimentary session where we go over goals, experiences, nutrition, etc. and together we come up with a game winning plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from University of Maryland in 2012 with a Kinesiology degree (study of body movement). I am a certified trainer with NCSF and NESTA, and I am a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Instructor. I am a qualified Health Coach through Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After struggling with low confidence and high levels of anxiety, and stress, I turned to exercise to help combat those barriers. Yoga and weight lifting have been my go to forms of exercise. Today I am still working to be the best me I can be, I am certainly not perfect. I became a trainer in 2015 to help others do the same. To stop the negative thinking and help clients see themselves in a more positive and fulfilling life. I empower clients to decide what is right for them with food and exercise.
