- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing isn't complicated, exactly, but it isn't completely fixed. The base cost is $100, which covers creating and tailoring the ceremony to your exact desires, rehearsal, and the ceremony itself. If you are getting married outside the Idaho Falls, ID area, travel and lodging expenses will be added to your quote, but I'll always use the cheapest options to keep your costs down. If you desire any other services that I can provide, those will be negotiated before I accept the job.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Couples who come to me to perform their ceremonies want a personal touch on their experience. This is, after all, *their* day! I work with them to craft a ceremony just for them, then work with their other wedding professionals to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have an idea of what you expect your celebrant to do, not only during the ceremony itself, but also before and after. If you expect your celebrant to attend rehearsal(s), make sure you know what that will cost - sometimes, rehearsals aren't included in the base cost. Know what you're wanting to pay for, and you'll get more accurate quotes.
