- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard fee is $45 per person, per hour. This is how we gauge how much a project is going to cost. For example, if a client wants three trees planted, and it takes 2 hours, then the fee would be $90. Every project is different which is why we prefer to do on sight estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No two clients are the same so the first thing we always do is work with the customer to find our what their needs are. Once the scope of the service has been established, then our company applies the necessary resources to create a plan to move forward within the established client budget. Some clients need a total landscape plan while others need a simple tree cut.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is college educated. Our Supervisor of Landscape holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Horticulture, a Masters in Horticulture, and is a Doctoral Candidate.
