We met Elizabeth a few years ago when she began to train the adult classes at CrossFit Wando that I attend and coach at the Kids CrossFit classes that my son was attending between soccer seasons. Because she was a soccer player he took to her right away and asked for her to be his personal trainer between season. Because of that connection and his trust in her, She has helped him improve his endurance, strength, and fine skills both in the gym and on the soccer field. "Coach Elizabeth knows how to make it fun so you don't realize you are working hard. She is willing to demonstrate a skill or movement over and over for you before she pushes you to get it right. She is willing to put it all on the line to make you a better player and person." All said by my 16 year old soccer player who struggles with anxiety and self-confidence and confirmed by this middle aged mom who thinks she can keep up with said son. But the one thing that is priceless is she has helped him gain confidence in himself all the while making it fun. She also has helped this mom achieve a few Personal milestones in my own CrossFit journey. Thanks Elizabeth for giving your best to us both. Kelly and Jonah Rourk

Elizabeth Hall is an excellent trainer. She is the perfect combination of tough and warm, and she works with the whole person... mentally, emotionally and physically. Because of her efforts, I am stronger and more flexible, I am healthier and most importantly , working out has become fun. The results I have achieved to date are largely due to Elizabeth's perfect combination of diverse training methods, individualized exercise programs and challenging yet achievable goal setting. I recommend Elizabeth without reservation!

Foundation Fit home of Crossfit Wando is an outstanding facility with a top notch coaching staff. I have trained there for four months and my only regret is that I didn't start sooner! The community of athletes are friendly and encouraging. Love this place!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After contacting the potential customer I typically sit down for an hour long free consult to evaluate goals and determine what method, and frequency would be best to help achieve those goals. Then we run through a short workout to evaluate your fitness level.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I would encourage anybody to meet with the trainer of choice before deciding to work with them. They should offer a free session in the beginning. Training is very individualized and you want to make sure you're comfortable working with them.
