Introduction: I work extensively with students one-on-one. As an experienced yoga teacher, I can look at your body and see your movement patterns, strengths, and weaknesses. From there, I custom tailor a yoga session to improve your strength, flexibility, and coordination. I also incorporate self-massage using grippy and pliable therapy balls, which can help rid you of painful knots in your muscles and help you heal. You will our session feeling better and moving better in your body. Christine is a thoughtful and intuitive instructor. During my classes with her, she took extra care in showing me poses that would help strengthen my body (particularly after I had just given birth), and also help me release stress and tension. She is thorough, kind, and respects the challenges each individual in her classes faces, and helps them work through them—without pushing students beyond their comfort level. I would recommend Christine to anyone who wants begin Yoga, or improve their practice.

Christine is an amazing yoga instructor. I knew nothing about yoga, but she explains everything so thoroughly! I am so glad that I found her. I feel so much better after our sessions. Most notably, I have better flexibility and balance. Thank you, Christine!!!
