I have been training with Shaun for about 3 months and am throughly pleased by his professionalism and knowledge of the human body. I have tried many trainers throughout my life and have only found one other trainer that was as knowledgable and professionalism. Shaun takes the time and effort to continually change your workout according to the progress you have made in order for you to achieve the highest benefit from your workout. When I was 35 years old and 16 weeks pregnant, I was in a severe snowmobile accident. I fractured my pelvis and broke my arm. Six weeks later, I was in a car accident that injured my left shoulder. Most of the following year was spent sitting on the couch. A new mom and still on the mend, I had no energy and everything I did made my body hurt. I decided I needed to do something about my health. A couple of girls at work talked to me about SNAP Fitness and told me they had great luck working with Brent, the Personal Trainer. I decided to give it a try. During one of our first workouts, Brent noticed I had one hip that didn't seem to operate correctly. From then on, my workouts became as much about physical therapy as it was about fitness. He customized my workouts around my injuries and schedule. As a parent with a full time job, I am lucky to get into the gym 3 days a week. In 6 months I went from not being able to lift a 30lb baby from a crib to being stronger than I have ever been. I have as much endurance as I did in high school and the new body (15% less body fat!) is a fantastic bonus. Thank you Brent! There is no way I could have done it without you.

Without a doubt, Coach Williams, was one of the best coaches my son has ever had. Coach Williams had passion for not only the game but also for helping each athlete strive to be the best they could. He made sure to showcase each player's strength on the court. He was patient, kind and understanding; however, he would hold each player accountable for their actions on and off the court. I highly recommend Jason Williams as a team coach or personal trainer.
I hired Annabelle over a year ago, and she trained me for about 5 months. I lost a total of 30 pounds and 21 inches. I went from wearing a 10-12, to wearing a 6. She really kept me motivated and to this day, other then a few pounds fluctuation here and there, I have kept the weight off and I still work out to stay toned. Annabelle was an amazing trainer for me, she could be tough at times but at times that is what I needed. I thank her for giving me my life back.
