I sought a personal trainer due to back and knee pain issues. Kenna was assigned as my trainer. She asks what I want to work on and adjusts exercises to accommodate the pain issues by stretching and building muscle strength.

She is always fun, encouraging and positive, and she has the unique ability to let me know I'm doing a great job while simultaneously challenging me to take it to the next level. It's not only a great workout but also a great way to learn technique, power and speed. All of the coaches are extremely personable and push you to do your best in every class. Each coach puts their own personal spin on their class so there are many class varieties to choose from. They also encourage you to be there!
They provided outstanding service. They do a lot of circuit training with cardio, weights, and much more! They genuinely cares about how I was doing. They own a container that they turned into a gym so they are pretty competitive price wise compared to other group gyms and personal one on one sessions. It's very fun and exciting! 5 stars to the trainers and the gym They do a lot of outdoor work. It gets a little hot but they do everything they can to keep us comfortable!
