My name is Jennifer Samuels, and I have been a yoga student for two and a half years and earned my 200-hour teaching certificate in January of 2011. I have struggled with behaviors that I wanted to gain control of for several years, and yoga has truly been a helpful tool in discovering who I am and what makes me tick and how I can be in control of those things. After all, how can you be of help to others in need if you don't understand yourself?
At Temple Yoga, we teach all levels of yoga. Yoga is about becoming fully conscious of yourself and your life. To be aware is to have focus and self-discipline. Becoming disciplined in your physical yoga practice can lead to a healthier, more conscientious life. A consistent yoga practice can make you healthier, more at peace, and ready for whatever life may bring! So, if you are ready to handle whatever the day brings and to do so with peace and calm, yoga may be for you!
