My husband and I have been working with Matt for just over a year now. We had built a small workout room in our house and were looking for someone to come to our house to train us. My husband and I are very different in our goals and strategies for working out but Matt has been able to develop a routine (2 times a week) that works for both of us. Matt encourages us and persuades us to finish the exercises even when we definitely want to stop early. He knows when he needs to modify the exercise and he is just a positive enforcement. If he thinks we need to do more cardio in between sessions he has a nice way of inquiring each week to get us to finally do the cardio that we should otherwise be doing. He mixes up the exercises so its not the same every week. Finally, he manages to train us even when there are distractions from a small dog or a 3 year old grandson. I would highly recommend Matt. He has been a great addition to our overall health and fitness plan the past 12 months.
I just started started with Becky and I am so excited!! She has been SO supportive and the training session was great! I initially wanted to train for about a month but since health is so important to me I know that Becky will be my life long fitness coach! When I first contacted Becky it was actually through Matt. He was so sweet and answered all questions and directed me to Becky. It's been an amazing start and I cannot wait to see what the future brings! I had an unexpected pregnancy well after I thought I was done having kids. I was 34 & gained close to 80 pounds during my pregnancy. I struggled to get the weight off after baby was here. I researched different trainers, and by doing this I was given a variety of information. I saw a trainer for a few sessions before Derek but he didn't work out. I'm happy I made the switch. Derek took the time listen to my long and short term goals. He listened but also asked a lot of questions in order to be able to help me according to my personal needs. I learned to trust Derek when it came to the calorie marks he set me at, even when I thought it was too much. He always explains the science behind his methods and answers all questions. I didn't question him after seeing results month after month. I set a few short term goals for myself and have since reached them. I am close to reaching my maintenance weight and have Derek to thank for that. He has the patience and the passion for what he does. I really felt Wendy cared about me. I still can't believe I was able to be hypnotized. I am grateful for the time she spent with me, and for her suggestions. She definitely provided more than hypnotherapy; there was life coaching in there, too. All of it was very helpful. I have already put some of what she mentioned to good and use. :-) I am looking forward to our next session.
I hired Jon in April and I must confess my heart really wasnt in the process. I wanted to be healthy and lose weight, but I really was not committed. Jon was great, he was patient, he figured out how quickly I became bored and changed up my work outs on a regular basis. We have worked out in the backyard, in the garage, in the house, parks and hiking. He didnt question whether I lost weight or gained weight, he simply focused on the now. I am so grateful for his initial attitude, because at that point if he had pushed too hard, I would have quit. At some point along our journey I became committed. I no longer hire Jon, now I work with him to improve my life. I pick his brain for infinite nutritional knowledge, as well as practical ways to get better choices in my life daily. Jon comes up some ingenious ideas that work for my lifestyle, not just the off the shelf, straight out of some wellness magazine answers. He asks how I am doing things now and then we make minor changes that I can stick with. I am an all or nothing kind of person and Jon regularly reminds me that just a little change will get me further down the road than no change and if I go all in there is strong possibility I will see failure and quit. Or as Jon says Some IS EVERYTHING! I have had many trainers, but NONE who reads me so well and regularly speaks to me in my language, keeping me on the right track. His creativity to my work outs and his dedication to directing me in my wellness choices have been invaluable. While I was in Houston for 3 months, Jon trained me utilizing the tools I had in my home in Houston and Skype! I have had lower back pain for at least 15 years and between Jon and my chiropractor I have been pain free for a few months. Recently my back was really bothering me and I was afraid it was going to be a long drawn out process, but within two body works from Jon and two chiropractor appointments, and I am back to being pain free again. So, in addition to his physical training and nutrition information, you also have access to someone who goes far beyond the typical massage therapist. Jon understands how your body should move and what is preventing it from operating optimally and he can help you get your full range of motion back. Jon is not only a trainer and massage therapist; he is truly a wellness coach with a trainers education. I have often tell others, I think I am getting the type of treatment from a staff of trainers, wellness professionals and massage therapists that would be available to a professional athlete. I feel so much better, physically and emotionally, and I must admit I do like that my clothes are getting bigger all the time.
Dolores with Club FItspiration is a fantastic health coach. I have a hectic work schedule with lots of travel, so a regular workout routine was not happening. Dolores was able to create a fitness program that was flexible and very effective for me. She combined training me in person with Online training to keep me on track no matter what city I was in. She even helped me figure out how to eat healthy on the road. She is knowledgeable, responsive and so easy to work with. I highly recommend working with her.
I've recently started working with Jessica and the results I have seen in such a short period of time are phenomenal! I lost 7 lbs the first week and 5 lbs the next. She really knows her stuff and continues to wow me with her dedication and expertise. Her attention to your biomechanics and form is second to none. She also takes the time to explain things to you if you don't understand and is always available for questions. Jessica even does charity sessions for people who are in extreme need of some health and wellness help. If you have any experience with trainers, you'd know they can be very stern, mean, and difficult to relate to. In this case, Dave is probably the most outgoing, entertaining, and relatable trainer you can find. We gave Dave a ridiculous deadline and he ensured us with hard work we could make it happen. 4 weeks in, I reached my goal and am in better shape than I feel I've been in a long time. Tracy has been my primary go-to for therapeutic deep-tissue massage for several years. For deep tissue, no one compares, but she is well educated in several other massage modalities as well and has helped me through more than one health issue. I've seen several therapists over the years and she is by far the best of them all. I recommend her without hesitation and cannot say enough good things about her.

Eric keeps in constant contact with me and responds to me right away. He is always there for support and has taught me a lot about my back pain.
Lauren is very understanding and very skilled. She uses singing bowls in my treatment as well. I have been having minor progress but it because I only go every two weeks and I was in a huge amount of pain. It took a while to get to that point so it will take a while to get back to being pain-free. but Lauren is great!
