Donna works extremely well with my pace. I have no yoga experience and I have back pain but she is very patient and clear. She is very calm and relaxed which is important for a yoga instructor. Although I have been doing yoga for only a month I already see good results. I am very happy to have Donna as a yoga instructor.
I love Natalia! She is a wonderful teacher with a perfect yoga voice. Her energy and commitment to each practice is very rare. I practiced yoga through all my pregnancy with her and I am still in after birth. You will not be disappointed and if you don't love yoga yet you will!!!
Terri is very knowledgable in areas including yoga, mindfulness and an eastern approach to energy, health and happiness. She is patient, kind and brings a sincere desire to help others. I would highly recommend her!
Shelby is an amazing yoga teacher! Not only do you feel as if you have had a massage after your practice with her, but that you have been listened to and cared for! She is a master at what she does!!! 🙏❤️
Nicole is amazing! I am glad she found yoga and I found her. Terrific one on one yoga classes with helpful corrections and suggestions. Her soothing voice works wonders in yoga nidra delivery as well! I wish I could say more on the nidra, but I lose consciousness very quickly. I get up feeling happy and healthy though.
I especially appreciated the patience and attention she provided to me as someone trying yoga for the first time. Further as someone recovering from an injury she took care to ensure I did not put myself in a position that might aggravate the injury.
She taught me yoga at my own pace which I really appreciated!
Kathy embodies her mission. She indeed has a healing heart in everything she does. ❤️ I have benefited tremendously from all of the services she offers through Healing Hearts. From the yoga and Pilates classes to the Sedona getaway retreats and the one-on-one coaching. With the guidance and support of Kathy I have been able to complete a phd against many odds - e.g. Back injury, divorce, and the loss of loved ones. The services from Kathy (Healing Hearts) have been instrumental on this journey - and I honestly don't think I would have made it without her. - In her yoga and Pilates classes she tailors exercises to accommodate her students' special needs and injuries, so that we can grow stronger and more flexible in a responsible fashion. Her style is fun, loving, and also soothing for the soul and mind. It helped me manage the stress related to the PhD and I walked out of each class happier and lighter. - Kathy's retreats are like an oasis on the journey of life. I find them to be full of nourishing activities and food for both body, soul, and thought. These shared experiences have also lead to many lasting friendships which I treasure. - Through the coaching sessions Kathy has enabled me to reframe and deal with many of my inner and outer obstacles in life. This has enabled a personal and spiritual growth which serves me well both professionally as well as in my relationship to myself and others. Kathy helps you challenge the status quo of your life through compassionate listening, novel exercises, and by offering enlightened perspectives which she has cultivated over many years of studies and continuous practice. Kathy is definitely on my "board of directors" for life. With gratitude and love, Namaeste, Camilla Jensen, PhD
Natalie is THE yoga teacher....that one teacher you eventually find that makes you understand what yoga is for me. For me, it's not about "yoga butts" or $110 leggings or doing the most convoluted pretzel shape in class (though it will work your body and increase your flexibility like nobody's business!). Natalie does an amazing job gently emphasizing that time on your mat is deeply personal. She offers tons of variations so nobody feels left out. She cues perfectly, which makes class smoother and easier to follow. Because of Natalie, I can get something out of any yoga class I visit, whether she is there or not. Natalie changed my yoga and my yoga changed me.
I have practiced qigong, dynamic yoga flow, and pranayama with Aaron. He has a balanced approach to keeping the fundamental tenets in tact while improvising the flow; challenging you to go deeper while honoring discipline and form. If you are ready to get into your body, then create space and time to make a specialized practice with Aaron's Dojo of Awesomness!
Lauren is very understanding and very skilled. She uses singing bowls in my treatment as well. I have been having minor progress but it because I only go every two weeks and I was in a huge amount of pain. It took a while to get to that point so it will take a while to get back to being pain-free. but Lauren is great!
Love being able to do yoga in my own home! Amanda is great and leading me through prenatal yoga sessions!

I am finishing up my yoga teacher training. I will be a 200-hour registered yoga teacher in September. I have a passion for yoga and helping others.
I currently offer private and small group yoga classes that cater to all levels of practice. Wether you are an avid yogi looking to reach a specific goal, or a beginner looking to learn the basics, my classes will provide the one on one instruction you need to get there. In addition to Yoga, I also offer sound healing by use of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks. My unique live soundscapes will take you on a cosmic journey and take you into deeper meditation and relaxation. Vibratory healing, by way of sound, is affective on a cellular level and can release emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual blocks that may be keeping you from being your happiest, healthiest self. In a wound up world, my favorite part of what I do is helping people to relax and destress. I also really enjoy helping people attain their goals, both on and off the Yoga mat.
I consecrate in the development of mind through the exercise & relaxation of soul. "Your spirit needs freedom of mind" In my salute within nature. meditation is the awakening. There's nothing better. I realize modesty always flirts to endorse infinite contemplation as meditative guidance with every practice. Namaste
