- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As all situations are different, while we offer a flat rate for process service, we do not offer a flat rate service for investigations. We offer a competitive hourly rate in line with our experience and abilities. We do not charge large blocks of time such as 4, 8 or 12 hour segments. We prefer to bill on an hourly rate so that we are able to work in stages. This way the customer only pays for services rendered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually prefer a phone call so that we may properly understand the concern. Our consultation is free. We will then provide a recommended strategy and discuss pricing, timing of results and allow the client to choose what works best with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. We also teach continuing education to professionals in ours and related fields.
