Michelle Near says, "Cory and Hannah came to my house to take measurements of my broken door and send an estimate to me. Their prices were fair and they didnt try to overcharge me with all kinds of added extras because I told them I just needed a new door because mine had been damaged and I couldnt use it. Their communication with me before installation was great when the door was delayed by the manufacturer. On installation day, Emilio was very professional and knew what he was doing to make sure the door was hung correctly. There was a slight difference in door size vs. what was measured but he was able to cut out drywall to get the frame to fit. The final product looks great! (We painted the frame.)My only suggestion for improvement is to have more consistent response time from initial visit to contract signing to scheduling for installation because I did have to wait several days or repeat inquiries. Texting seemed faster than email or through the portal."See more

They cleaned up after themselves to keep the work area tidy between days, and they were able to keep everything on schedule, despite some challenges that were out of their control. They were also incredibly professional, yet still personable and friendly to work with in all of our communications.
