FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer various rates for 30 or 60 minute individual sessions, group session, multi-session or post-operative recovery plans, wellness plans, integrative wellness assessments. Because of the eliminating the option of insurance, it allows me the autonomy to treat the root cause without the limitations, co pays, co insurances that add up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is for a thorough whole body functional assessment addressing your main complaints and concerns, along with establishing rapport and setting goals specifically tailored to you. Sessions usually last one hour in duration and I prefer to get some sort of treatment in on session one vs traditional therapy where you may only receive an evaluation. All components of your health and well-being will be looked at when considering the root cause of your problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have obtained by Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Physiology from East Stroudsburg University. I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Temple University. I have advanced clinical certifications such as: Certification in Dry Needling from Spinal Manipulation Institute, Certified Golf Fitness Instructor by Titleist Performance Institute, Certified Functional Movement Screen Administrator by Functional Movement Systems, previously held Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist Certification from National Strength & Conditioning Association.
