Dorrenda and her crew were absolutely amazing! They helped us bring together our special day. They go the extra mile to ensure the party goes off without any hiccups. One of our cake decorators forgot the knife we were going to use to cut the cake at our wedding. Dorrenda came to the rescue, going to the store buying a knife and then proceeded to cut and serve the cake for us. Dorrenda is simply the best. ALSO guests were raving about how delicious the food was and we still hear compliments about it.

I was so incredibly pleased with Sheila's service and food. She catered a dinner for about 50 people with only a few days notice. While I coordinate these dinners on a monthly basis, and typically use the usual chain restaurant options, no one has ever commented on the catered food or asked where we got it from. At this event which Sheila catered, at least half of guests in attendance asked where in the world we got the food from and were raving about how amazing it was. ( I had ordered the greek dinner from her). She delivered and set up in a timely manner, everything ready to go by the requested time. She went above and beyond for us in the little things- like beautifully arranged presentation of dishes (which she provides) and even of the food itself. I would post a photo, but our guests dove in before I could capture one! I will definitely be using Sheila again. ...And will be sure to capture a photo next time to post!

Wedding Day! It’s the most special day in your daughter’s life and the biggest party you’ll ever host. It’s worth the planning hours. It’s worth hiring a wedding coordinator! Even if your budget is tight. I highly recommend Carlie. Her experience and attention to navigating through the details was helpful and reassuring. She ran our rehearsal looking pretty, with a smile, yet confidently able to direct our large, rambunctious wedding party to keep us on schedule. On wedding day it’s important to have a point person to field questions, distribute schedules to the pastor and DJ and oversee vendor deliveries and payments. As mother-of-the-bride, the goal is to have no responsibilities on wedding day. The priority is to be with your daughter for prep and photos. With Carlie coordinating our wedding I was allowed to ENJOY it!

Rocheal was excellent in listening to our wedding vision and working with us on a specific ethnic menu (new to her recipes). She took the time to prepare samplings and to make sure everything looked and tasted as we intended it. Great presentation and everything tasted authentic!
