Resolving it was more complicated since the new host wanted us to verify things through email which was still being directed to the previous hosting site. This meant the email was non-functional and we were stuck in a catch-22. Punit was able to finally get it resolved and stayed with the issue until he could verify everything worked as planned, Would definitely use them again should another issue arise."See more

Brian N. says, "Chris was very quick at responding. And then was able to come next day- something like 15 hours after I contacted him. When he showed up, he was masked- which I consider very respectful considering you never know a client’s position on masking. I told him my situation and gave me some great advice on how to set things up and texted me link right then and there of the specific products he recommends. He was able to gather quickly that I was more interested in completing the project myself but had a few critical blanks that needed filling. He definitely did that for me- and seemed happy to as well. I would say 99% of professionals I’ve had come for a bid, consult or “small” job seem obviously disappointed at the very least, if not annoyed it’s not a “big” job. If you’re a DIY guy, you know what I mean. Paying someone with years of experience $75 for key advice that will help me do the project right the first time cuts my project time down by probably dozens of hours. Otherwise, I’d spend the time googling and sifting through AV forums and end up with my head spinning. He was very courteous and offered to complete parts of the project that might give me trouble. He also offered remote support if I got in a jam or had a quick question. But listen, what really sealed the deal is that my dog liked him. If you have and love dogs, you must know they can sniff out scum bag visitors in a millisecond but Chris got the canine seal of approval. Thanks, Chris!"See more
