Very quick response time to my request which was important because the service call was for an office suite. Worked efficiently and solved our sink / garbage disposal issue quickly. The garbage disposal had to be replaced, but we didn't have to wait for a part to be ordered because he had it with him. I would definitely recommend West Plumbing.

I contacted the team today because I woke up and found water leaking from under my oven. They were unable to get out to me today and promptly put me on the schedule for Monday. However thanks to the owner Larry, who reached out to me, and help me, I was able to resolve the issue on my own. This is above and beyond anything I could’ve gotten from any other service I’m sure. Although this was a minor issue I could fix, if I have any other plumbing related issues, this company will be the first company I will contact!

Phay Plumbing Services
I had Phay Plumbing Services come out and check out a leak I had in my house. Based on his web page I was under the impression it would be $0 service call and then he would quote me for possible work. He “diagnosed” the problem and charged me $250 for coming out. He then wanted an additional 9k to fix the issue. I had another certified plumber give me a second opinion and was quoted $350!! Talk about upselling! I feel tricked by this company and hope you think twice before giving away $250 for them to give you a diagnosis that best benefits them.
