Leo is amazing! I just moved and I didn’t have the part he needed to install my washer and dryer. He told me what I needed, left for a short bit, and came right back to put everything together. He’s was also informative on how to maintain the appliance as well as how to get a diagnostic from the machines. Definitely my new go to guy for all house work ♥️

Leo exemplifies great customer service! He did an exhaustive search for parts and when that was unsuccessful, he guided me to a business to purchase a new appliance. We asked Leo to install the new appliance. He is prompt, has great communication skills, is knowledgeable and efficient. Our kitchen was just as clean after the installation. Also impressive was that Leo called us at all junctures, we didn’t have to call asking about the status. Would hire Leo again!

I contacted Leo to install a replacement microwave and he promptly arrived the next morning. He asked what was wrong with the old one and I told him another repairman said it would cost several hundred dollars to fix it, so we decided to purchase a new one. Leo asked if he could take a look at it and he actually fixed it!! Leo saves us $400. We will be using All American Appliance again. Thank you, Leo!

We were beyond happy with Leo and his knowledge of appliances. Originally I had called him out to help fix our Kitchenaide dishwasher and not only did he give me advice on how to clean it, but he didn’t charge us for the visit on the dishwasher simply because it just needed a thorough cleaning. While he was out here, I asked him to install our washer and dryer we had sitting in the garage for 4 years. He got right to work and never hesitated to tackle this job for us without prior notice! Leo was genuine and knowledgeable and couldn’t have been nicer. We would highly recommend All America. Appliance!
