Leo is amazing! I just moved and I didn’t have the part he needed to install my washer and dryer. He told me what I needed, left for a short bit, and came right back to put everything together. He’s was also informative on how to maintain the appliance as well as how to get a diagnostic from the machines. Definitely my new go to guy for all house work ♥️

Leo exemplifies great customer service! He did an exhaustive search for parts and when that was unsuccessful, he guided me to a business to purchase a new appliance. We asked Leo to install the new appliance. He is prompt, has great communication skills, is knowledgeable and efficient. Our kitchen was just as clean after the installation. Also impressive was that Leo called us at all junctures, we didn’t have to call asking about the status. Would hire Leo again!

I contacted Leo to install a replacement microwave and he promptly arrived the next morning. He asked what was wrong with the old one and I told him another repairman said it would cost several hundred dollars to fix it, so we decided to purchase a new one. Leo asked if he could take a look at it and he actually fixed it!! Leo saves us $400. We will be using All American Appliance again. Thank you, Leo!
