This company is unbelievable in this day and age.
I used this app and Leo sent me an email almost immediately which led to a phone call.
He helped me diagnose my appliances issue over the phone which enabled me to fix it myself. He then wanted me to call him back later to insure is was working properly.
I can’t recommend this company highly enough!

Leo exemplifies great customer service! He did an exhaustive search for parts and when that was unsuccessful, he guided me to a business to purchase a new appliance. We asked Leo to install the new appliance. He is prompt, has great communication skills, is knowledgeable and efficient. Our kitchen was just as clean after the installation. Also impressive was that Leo called us at all junctures, we didn’t have to call asking about the status. Would hire Leo again!
