Edward Blackshear of C. Blackshear Construction is a residential contracting consultant and Veteran who works with trusted contractors to take your home projects to the next level. We specialize in new builds, remodels, and home additions. C. Blackshear Construction works in overall field supervision and coordination of all subcontractors hired per project, including but not limited to, plumbers, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, roofing, and more. All projects include demolition, overall hauling, delivery, and waste removal. We provide assurance that the work of all subcontractors has met all codes and ordinances per local municipalities as well as ensuring all materials, replacements, and grades conform with HUD requirements and meet FHA approval.
