Randy King says, "Our air started having an electric smell and was struggling to keep the house cool. I reached out to a commercial a/c pro that I know to see if he had a recommendation for an honest residential a/c company. I have had bad experiences in the past with a/c technicians being more interested in upselling me things I dont need than maintaining and fixing my unit. Without hesitation he referred EZ Breezy heating and cooling. I contacted them and they responded promptly and were able to come out the same day. After doing an inspection on the roof, the technician came down and showed pictures of the blown capacitor and burn marks on the transformer, explained everything thoroughly, and gave me my options with no pressure. The capacitor had to be replaced and I decided to go ahead and change out the transformer also. He got me back up and running quick and explained their maintenance program (again with no pressure). I happily signed up for the maintenance program and looking forward to having them continue to service my system."See more

Gave me my options &/discussed the pros and cons of each one then left the decision up to us. After many questions and doing our due diligence wading thru the regulatory morass that has enveloped the HVAC sector we made the decision to go with Tropi Cool and Brady. A short phone call with scheduling and equipment settled on and EVERYTHING went as promised. Install crew was excellent professional and proficient. A preexisting issue was identified and a perfect solution provided with no extra cost associated. I am not by nature a trusting person BUT my experience with Brady and Tropi Cool gave me no reason to question their ability and truthfulness. Highly recommend Tropi Cool."See more
