After many questions and doing our due diligence wading thru the regulatory morass that has enveloped the HVAC sector we made the decision to go with Tropi Cool and Brady. A short phone call with scheduling and equipment settled on and EVERYTHING went as promised. Install crew was excellent professional and proficient. A preexisting issue was identified and a perfect solution provided with no extra cost associated. I had a Nest thermostat that I was unsuccessful at installing myself (I’m an experienced DIY-er), so when I scheduled a service for Sharp Air to have it installed, I was worried it was going to be more complicated or more expensive than expected. Instead, I was very happy with the service! Here are the highlights:

-Super easy to schedule and responsive
-Received a text when he was on his way, along with a tracking link
-Even though it was a more complicated issue that required getting on my roof to wire the AC unit, he knew exactly what needed to be done right away
