Jason Robinson says, "Last year Sun Tech replaced my AC compressor and was dispatched through my home warranty company OneGuard. They failed to secure the power wires to the compressor and one of them rubbed against the refrigerant pipes to the compressor eventually contacting with the conductor and burning a hole through it, purging the system. The tech that was sent from another company showed me this and advised OneGuard of the situation. OneGuard is covering the repair but I'm on the hook for the refrigerant, over $1000 out of pocket when I already had to pay that last year when the compressor was installed. Been living in a 100F house for days now because someone couldn't be arsed to spare a ziptie or two.*****FOLLOW-UP*****The folks at Sun Tech stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park making things right with me. They came out promptly once I brought the issue up to their attention. There were a few hiccups getting things back up and running due to the age of my system but Sun Tech got me up and running better than before even. The home warranty guys were terrible however, next time just skipping them and going straight to Sun Tech for my hvac needs."See more

He even gave me advice and tips on how to make sure my units last longer. His professionalism did not go unnoticed and I definitely recommend him. Randy King says, "Our air started having an electric smell and was struggling to keep the house cool. I reached out to a commercial a/c pro that I know to see if he had a recommendation for an honest residential a/c company. I have had bad experiences in the past with a/c technicians being more interested in upselling me things I dont need than maintaining and fixing my unit. Without hesitation he referred EZ Breezy heating and cooling. I contacted them and they responded promptly and were able to come out the same day. After doing an inspection on the roof, the technician came down and showed pictures of the blown capacitor and burn marks on the transformer, explained everything thoroughly, and gave me my options with no pressure. The capacitor had to be replaced and I decided to go ahead and change out the transformer also. He got me back up and running quick and explained their maintenance program (again with no pressure). I happily signed up for the maintenance program and looking forward to having them continue to service my system."See more

I had a Nest thermostat that I was unsuccessful at installing myself (I’m an experienced DIY-er), so when I scheduled a service for Sharp Air to have it installed, I was worried it was going to be more complicated or more expensive than expected. Instead, I was very happy with the service! Here are the highlights: -Super easy to schedule and responsive -Received a text when he was on his way, along with a tracking link -Even though it was a more complicated issue that required getting on my roof to wire the AC unit, he knew exactly what needed to be done right away -The price was as quoted I would definitely recommend Sharp Air!
