I began training with Rose in march of 2017. Let me tell you, Best decision I have ever made for my health! Since then I feel a difference with my level of energy. I am now at the level where I want to workout and change my diet. I absolutely love the workout sessions, wish it was longer though. There's always a challenge, which I love entails me to push myself harder. Also my knees are regaining strength which was the whole reason why I began in the first place, didn't know I would be changing my lifestyle in a great way! I highly recommend Rose for personal training to anyone wanting to start training.

Kelly is one of the best personal trainers I have worked with. Took 4 months personal training with her and she helped me to get jump start in my weight and fat loss goal. I lost 11 pounds in the last two months of Personal Training with Kelly. I haven't reached all of my goals yet, but her training gave me good start to kept me going. She is very flexible with her availability during her hours. Her training sessions are fun too. She works out in a gym where the gym is available for Group Training workouts too. She motivates your by making sure you are on track with personal training sessions. She gave me nutritional advice and she helped me with nutrition. Being a vegetarian, I am glad I found a personal trainer who is vegan. Overall Kelly is an excellent personal trainer with whom, I would once again get my personal training after I tried out on my own for some time.

I have attended several of Stephanie's classes. They were NEVER boring, she has such an upbeat attitude and makes it fun to learn. The biggest problem is at the end of the classes I want to steal her and take her home to be my personal chef!! :) I would highly recommend any of her classes, she is truly an inspiration and an artist in her craft! This is as good as it gets ! Serious. Personal fitness requires effort, dedication, motivation and sticking to the plan. But apart from all that you need a good trainer. William is the best, I can vouch for this guy. I am result oriented. He customized not just a training plan but also a diet plan and Im not talking a generic plan that you will get off the internet. He works with you to actually make a plan that you can follow. He will push you, he will be by your side and correct your form. Its not about the reps you do, its about the form you do it and he will ensure that you are in the right form. When he says you will see a difference in 2-3 weeks, he means that. Of course you will have to show up and follow the regimen. There is no substitute for hardwork and with William on your side there is no substitute for coaching. We dont waste time in the gym, we just do it! If you are serious about improving your fitness level or having that beach body for summer then William is the guy for you.
Cory followed up my initial contact in a professional but not pushy manner. Upon my arrival at his well appointed facility he ascertained exactly what my needs were and immediately set about evaluating my abilities and tailored a program to suit. I have no reservations in reccomending Corey as a comprehensively competent personal trainer.
I contracted Elyse a few months back to cater a staff brunch for about 20 people. She was great, period. She was at the venue well ahead of time to prep and adjust to the location. She honored our odd request to have breakfast pizzas, and they were delicious. Eggs, bacon, avocado, you name it, she took care of it, and it was all great. The presentation was beautiful too, and it was all done with a smile. She even improvised some other healthy offerings to accommodate some dietary restrictions that we did not foresee. Furthermore, she's great at interacting with kids too, and let them safely watch the pizza making process. Also, she made these Nutella raspberry cupcakes that were amazing, ask her about them. It was such a great event, we had her do another event a few weeks later.
I would highly recommend to anyone who is ready to start feeling better and take control of their health. They are not you normal trainers or gym. I feel welcomed and not judged in anyway. Eric keeps in constant contact with me and responds to me right away. He is always there for support and has taught me a lot about my back pain.
I have been training with Xander 2 times a week for six months now. This is the best decision I have made in regards to my fitness, Xander has kept me motivated and adds a personal touch to the training experience with his knowledge of nutrition & sense of humor.
