The only thing that I thought could have been better is communication on the actual process. This was a rental of ours they were working on and we had another contractor doing some repair work and I should have been told that no one should be in the house when they are applying the materials to the tub and showers. The smell is overwhelming and chemical. It goes away after a day, but I would have scheduled them when no one else was there doing work. I would appreciated the heads up."See more

Ironically, it happened to be the one day it rained—and it was really coming down when they arrived. The weather didn’t slow them down at all.
