Alex was excellent, so great to work with. He was very thorough and took the time to take pictures and explain in simple understandable terms everything that was reviewed on my air conditioning system and where needed vs. recommended repairs/updates were suggested including pricing by service which was very reasonable. I also was so happy that they offered a VIP service program so now they will automatically come out twice a year to provide routine maintenance on my system! One less thing for me to worry about! Do not recommend - horrible at communication. Our job was severable; Roberto was to come one day to remove our existing bathtub, and then return the next week to install the next one (we needed the weekend for our electrician to install some new wiring in the wall behind the tub). He stated a prorated price for each portion of the job. He did not show up at the agreed upon time/date for the removal and did not answer or return phone calls until nearly 10 hours later - when he finally called back, he stated he was unable to show because his helper had not shown up. This would’ve been completely understandable *had he communicated this to us instead of leaving us in the dark*. He finally showed up to install the new tub - when he was finished installing the new tub, he demanded an inflated price for the portion of the job he actually completed. After he left, we discovered that the job was not completed correctly (he told us we shouldn’t test run the water at the time of completion because the caulk was drying). The tub spout and shower head run simultaneously when you turn the water on, rather than just through the tub spout. I called Roberto to request he come remedy the issue, considering we’d already paid for the job. He said he would come the next day but never showed up and would not return phone calls. One day later, he texted and said he would come the following day at 10 AM. 10:30 rolls around, no sign of him. He responded to a text and said he’d be here at 11:30. Again, did not show, did not . So - we paid for a job that was not completed correctly, AND had to navigate attempting to communicate with Roberto, which ultimately proved impossible. Do not hire. UPDATE 9/27: After posting the negative review above, Roberto finally reached back out and stated he would come take a look at the tub. He blamed the problem on the fixtures we'd purchased for the tub, so he left while we looked into ordering new ones. My boyfriend decided to contact a different plumber to repair a leak we had in the front yard and to also pay him to diagnose the issue in our bathroom. It turns out that Roberto installed the valve backwards. We called him, told him what the problem was, and he came out to fix it. The day after he fixed that, thinking we'd finally be able to use the bathtub, we discovered that he ALSO did not install the drain correctly. Now he isn't returning calls or text messages to come correct his error on the drain install. Again - do not hire.
