Rick S. says, "Due to the high mineral content in the water where I live, the top of the water heater of my mobile home rusted out. I have a neighbor who was going to repair this, but two months went by with nothing being done. Since winter was coming on and part of my home would be exposed to the elements, I wanted this to be completed soon. After I contacted Thumbnail I received a quick response from Casey. He came over and estimated the cost. It was quite a bit higher than I expected, but I okayed it. This included replacing the flooring, sheet rock and water heater. The work was done in about a week. There was a weather event that happened during the work, possibly a 'microburst'. Casey kept working through this. A complaint I had about low water flow was resolved quickly. The cavity where the water heater is was finished professionally and looks great. The work area and the entire walk was left quite clean."See more
