- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SIS Events & Services total pricing will include the planning and/or decorating fee. Pricing is subject to change based on budget, location, and unforeseen changes. SIS Events & Services will assess a travel fee for services outside of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area or Tucson Metro areas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a FREE 1 hour consultation, send a proposal, and then a follow up for contract signing and 50% deposit. For larger parties, we will set up a monthly payment plan. We always work with our clients to customize their needs, so don't hesitate to share your needs with us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Communications which teaches human interaction, how to transition feelings, different ways to communicate and much more. I have a Masters in Leadership which the program consist of all aspects of leading consciously and customer service. I am a certified & accredited Event Planner. Lastly, by trade I am a corporate training consultant, which encompasses time management, contract development and management, change management, leading people, leading teams, virtual learning, design and development, budgets, project management, and so much more.
