Introduction: My name is Shingai Kusena, I'm a Sports Performance & Fitness Trainer who is also an active Semi-Pro Track Athlete, representing Team Zimbabwe, specializing in the triple jump! My passion for Sports and Fitness started in my younger teenage years as I was gaining more understanding and getting more involved in the lifestyle of Fitness and developing as an athlete. My athletic abilities earned me a scholarship to study in the USA while studying a Bachelors in Human and Health Performance with an emphasis in Sports and Fitness management. I wanted to invest in my understanding of both fitness and health training and also Sports performance/human performance.
