FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard price per session is $79. However I have packages for 5 sessions which can bring you price down to $75 a session. In addition I offer a package of 10 sessions for as low as $70.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet up for the first time I go through a health and exercise history questionnaire. I then will ask the client what their goals look like. We discuss nutrition, water intake, sleep, and eating lifestyles etc including all things they may effect exercise or our goals. I will then take the client through a basic workout. At the end of the final evaluation I will tell the client what I recommend ie, how long sessions should be (30,45,55 time slots) and design them a program based on their body type, level, and goals. I work with my clients close up on choosing small weekly attainable food goals based on their weaknesses.

I have been working in th fitness industry for almost 20 years now and loving it!
