Yes. The more sessions you get, the less it is.

Definitely learning what the clients goals are so a proper plan can be established. Measurements are taken and reviewed frequently to keep the client on track to achieving fitness goals. Fitness test to see where strengths and weaknesses are and build upon those. Nutritional advice and plan if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We constantly review and keep up with the latest fitness trends, equipment, exercises and nutrition.
