They reached out immediately after my request and were one of the only companies offering to do an in-person estimate. Nathan came out, explained everything clearly, and gave me a very fair price. He also took the time to listen to my concerns about keeping soffit vents and attic equipment clear, and made sure his crew used baffles so nothing was blocked. That gave me a lot of confidence to move forward and we scheduled on the spot for a couple days later. Communication was excellent throughout. They confirmed the day before, showed up exactly on time, and Nathan even texted me on his way. The crew was friendly, professional, and very efficient—they finished exactly when they said they would and left everything clean. So far the results have been impressive. Even with it being 98° outside, my garage has been staying between 77–80 degrees with very little fluctuation—and that’s without any AC added yet. Overall, one of the smoothest contractor experiences I’ve had. Nathan and his team clearly care about their work, and it shows. Would absolutely use them again."See more

Chris Dimitruck says, "Ron was able to come out and asses the problem with my AC unit. Once repaired, he remained to ensure it was operating properly as it was only running on low speed to start. He wanted to make sure the unit kicked in to high speed and was working as expected. It took a little while for the outdoor unit to finally kick up to high speed, upon which all performance was as expected. Ron checked the temp splits from intake to a couple of registers along with both sides of the refrigerant lines. I would have Ron out to service anytime!"See more
