Stacy M. says, "I called and was told they would have someone out at 9am. They were there a little after this time and he found the leak under my house. I was given a quote the repair was fixed and I was very happy with the service. He did say that a house with the PVC pipe they usually re-pipe with CPCV or PEX. I declines the re-pipe and he left it at that. He was very polite and showed me the broken pipe. I am very happy with the service I received."See more

Michelle Logan says, "This was my first time using Deer Valley Plumbing and they were amazing! Remington was easy to talk to and very open and honest about everything. Likes to share his findings and knowledge which I appreciated. Had a few things to be done and one thing ended up turning into a big issue unfortunately. Everyone treated me great and moved quickly to get things prepped and a temporary water line ran for me. Martin came and jumped in. He had just about all the trenches dug and prep work completed on Friday so the new pipe could be laid Monday. Everyone was friendly and had great personalities. I always knew what was going on. They were really good at updating me and telling me what the next steps were. I would definitely recommend!"See more

1UP PLUMBING
1UP PLUMBING
The water wouldn’t drain in our bathroom sink. Someone from this company was sent, spent 5 hours trying to solve the problem, broke our vanity and switched out our p pipe and charged us over $500. Meanwhile, we had another plumber come the next day and fixed our clogged drain in 30 minutes. 1UP Plumbing did partially refund us $400, but we are very upset with the service. We now need to replace what was a perfectly fine vanity, AND fix the piping the guy had replaced BACK to what it was before, all for a clogged drain. What should have been $200 at most to fix a clogged drain, is now costing us us at least $700. I’m sure there are great/experienced plumbers that work with 1UP but beware, that was not the case for us.

Total Plumbing & Drain
Total Plumbing & Drain
Called Total Plumbing & Drain after our tub faucet was stuck when trying to replace. We ended up bending a pipe by accident. Chasse came out same day and was able to remove the stuck faucet and fix the pipe. He was transparent about the cost and let us know our options before beginning the job. Really appreciated the communication, efficiency and attention to detail! Thank you!!

Done right plumbing
Done right plumbing
We literally moved into our home a month ago and the sink in the kitchen stopped draining. Our cast iron pipes were the originals from the 50’s and needed to be replaced. Everyone om the Done Right team was beyond helpful and kind. John, the owner, ended up doing our pipes and even found the best way to do it with doing the least amount of damage to cabinets/floor etc. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend. Our drains and dishwasher are in full working order and I have been able to cook in our kitchen for the first time since moving in.

The price quoted for the services I (thought) I needed was reasonable and competitive. I had a clogged drain, but before attempting to clear it, Soro scoped the drains through the access points on my roof. Turns out a had a broken drainage pipe. Although he would not snake the drain for fear of damaging his equipment (completely understandable), he did provide me option for repairing/rerouting the pipe, an estimate for the work, and put me in contact with a restoration company (not impressed with them, though). I didn't end up using Elite for the plumbing work, but would highly recommend them based on Soro's thoroughness, professionalism, patience (while I submitted a claim to my insurance company, waited for an adjuster's assessment, and got other opinions on / bids for the work scope), and communication. I would hesitate to use Elite in the future. Thanks, Soro!

We had a plumbing issue and he came out onetime. That was the only thing that went well. HIs original bid for the job was $75 and when he showed up it turned into $200.00 All we needed was to clear out a drain. He snaked it out and it worked great. We were upset about the price change but were stuck and we were glad it was cleared out. It worked fine that night and the next day until they returned and sent a camera down the drain and all of a sudden the drain is plugged again. They then told us the drain was collapsed, broken and it needs replacing. Our pipes are old and we didn't know what to think. They then gave us an estimate for $3500.00. We turned them down and our drain was once agin not working. I ended up calling another company who came out and fixed it but sending the power spray down the drain and it cleared it right out. The sad part was that we lost $200 and felt very taken. Do not ever have them come out as they seemed very shady.

Travis arrived on time and communicated with us to diagnose the problem of sewer gas coming from the laundry drain. He recommended cleaning and flushing the pipe and the cost was very reasonable so we went ahead with the plan. He cleared the line and flushed it multiple times to clear out residue and debris.

After completing several washes now we no longer notice any sewer gas smells. I highly recommend Simba Plumbing!

Tim came to our home promptly as scheduled. We had several jobs which he was able to give us honest and reasonable quotes. He installed our garbage disposal and identified some issues of incorrect pipe intallation which he explained and corrected, he also installed a drain and hooked up our washer and gas dryer. It's hard to find honest and caring plumbers anymore and will not only have Kingdom Plumbing come back but would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Tim (and Tony)!! See you soon to complete our "to do list"!

They came out to unclog a drain, found an issue with the pipe and it turned into a whole thing. What I didn’t like was the pressure they put on to “fix it immediately” because it was an “emergency” even the pipe had likely been that way since before I bought the house three years ago. They pressured me to sign and put a deposit down for the work even though I didn’t even want to schedule it for another week. As a single woman living alone I did not like the feeling they gave me, and as soon as they left I called a handyman who told me their price was astronomical and the work was definitely not an emergency. I reached out to them to cancel the future job and pay them only for the work they had done but they ignored me for several days. When they did respond, they asked me to write a review rather than address my concerns. Hence, they are getting a poor review. These guys aren’t trustworthy and will take you to the cleaners on pricing - keep looking.
