Carolyn is an awesome trainer. Not only will she push you to meet your personal goals in the gym, but she will also guide you with your goals in the kitchen. Carolyn helped me become more motivated and passionate about working out and helped me find the exercises that I enjoyed most. Her technique for personal training and group training is one that I enjoy and would highly recommend her to friends and family.
Brian and Andrea are not only great trainers but they also truly care about their clients. They take the time to walk through the meal plans and answer any questions you may have. Always on time when its time to train. They pay attention to your form and make sure you get the best results possible during your workout. During the process of finding a trainer to help me reach my goal, I tried a couple of different workout gyms and trainers and none of them came close to Eddie's training. I finally made myself go to training and Eddie motivates me to keep coming back, the changes I see and feel have been great. Friends and family have even noticed my body is slimmer and more fit. The nutrition plan he help put together has changed my eating habits considerably. He is always changing up the workout, so it's never repetitive and he really keeps you motivated! I was originally seeking a personal trainer to get in shape, I have used personal trainers in the past. My experience in the past was to receive an exercise program to follow. With Jon, I get much more than that...Jon takes the time to understand my strengths and weaknesses and explains the "why" to everything he does. He is extremely thorough, professional and a really nice guy! He has taught me so much about my current physical condition and has a very deliberate plan on what we will work on, including diet. I also get motivational messages throughout the week from Jon that keeps my health top of mind. He is much more than I bargained for and has far exceeded my expectations. I am 56 years old and I feel that I am getting quality over quantity with Jon. I would highly recommend him to individuals of any age.
Working with Robert has been amazing! Over the years I have had several trainers, all with different styles and methods of training, none have been as smart and efficient as Roberts! He has me following an achievable yet challenging work out regiment and diet plan. He is well aware of my goals and works with me and my lifestyle to help achieve them! Max is without a doubt one of the best trainers that I've came across. He personally evaluates the way your body moves and functions and creates a plan that is not only going to maximize your results in the gym, but fixes the issues that could hold your body back. Anything from knots in your muscle to realigning your posture and increase your flexibility. He has so many tools in his arsenal that he is able to help you with almost anything that you want to fix with your body and overall health. Even if you look past all his experience and knowledge, Max is a great motivator and is dedicated to his clients. Lou is an outstanding trainer. He has training my teenage son for about two years now and the results have been amazing. My son is bigger, stinger, faster, can jump higher and has a lot more self confidence. Lou cares about each person he trains and gets specific to the sport they are playing. Tomomi has been my rock. When I came into her kickboxing class I was obese, could not kick past my stomach, I could not do jumping jacks, I could not do push ups or sit ups. Kelli's ability to run a large Bootcamp class while modifying the workouts based on individual levels takes experience, patience and above all focus. Kelli takes the time to get to know her clients in order to understand each of our specific goals for the class. Since starting with Kelli I have seen huge improvements in my overall physical abilities as well as a strengthened mental toughness. Kelli makes each class different and engaging to keep it fresh. Devin is a rare species-he makes going to the gym fun. Ok yes it's hard too, but I'm feeling stronger every week I work with him. I can see it in the mirror. My friends and family are mentioning it too. When I met Devin, I stated my goals of getting stronger and not getting injured. He took a lot of time both to understand exactly what I wanted and to craft a program that would get me where I wanted to go. The more weight I lift the more interested I have become in understanding how the body works, the relationship between the mind and the muscle. Devin's unlike any trainer I have worked with, he actually understands the physiology behind what he's teaching, so training with him is part being an athlete and part a student of the human form. I seriously never knew how much your brain has to do with how fit, strong and healthy you can be as an athlete. One of the things I like best about this fitness program is that it changes enough to be interesting but stays the same enough that you can master important movements like squats and deadlifts. But it's definitely not all about weights. He's got me upside down on the rings, doing L-Sits (a gymnastic form) and conditioning work on everything from jump rope to bike to rowing machine (I really hate that thing). When it's tough there are times he'll cheer me on and times he'll say give it a rest. I have come to see that leaving a pile of puke on the mat is not going to get me to come back to the gym, but fun will. It's surprising how much sculpting, strengthening and toning can happen when you commit to just keep going and make it part of your routine. So what can I say, the guy's a gem and if you're lucky enough to train with him you'll learn things that will last a lifetime and change your life for the better.
Mark was extremely flexible and agreed to meet at the time most convenient for me. He has a lot of experience and a very practical approach to fitness, weight loss and overall health that I found to be very encouraging.
