He did a wonderful job fixing my door! The latch now aligns perfectly with the hole in the strike plate & the new weather stripping is keeping the heat out! His services were very reasonably priced & was finished very cleanly in a short amount of time. I would recommend anyone with a "honey do" list of household repairs to Summers Handyman Services.

Jesus was awesome! He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and his prices are reasonable. I originally called him to fix a leaking faucet, but then I had him look at every plumbing related problem with the house :). Our ‘shower’ didn’t have a shower head pipe, so really it was just a bathtub with shower tile. I decided to have Jesus redo the shower. He helped me pick out the tile because I had no idea what I was doing. He was very patient and helped me understand what would and would not look good with the space I had. He installed a shower head pipe, handle level, faucet spout, tub stopper, and new tile. He did an excellent job. The transformation was amazing. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

Charles replaced a cartridge in my bathtub/shower. He was very honest as to what the job entailed and how much it would cost. A plumber quoted me almost twice as much. He was also prompt and worked with my schedule.

Carlos did a fine job. Everything was as well done as could have been expected. He did a tub/shower replacement, shower valve replacement, raised our shower head and ceiling, and fixed our water heater and brought it back up to code (I did the water heater install myself, and let's just say I could use some practice). We will call Carlos again in the future when we have plumbing needs. Also l, the drywall repair around the install is done very well.

EXCELLENT RESULTS!!! SOLID TEAM, CONSISTENT FOLLOW THROUGH!!!! THIS IS WHAT WORKING WITH A CONTRACTOR SHOULD BE!!! Josh Rudin and his team at ASAP RESTORATION completely restored our home after it was flooded. We are so happy we ended up hiring them. They knew how to work with our insurance company and were always delivering a great quality job on time. Jason was our Project Manager and I know we couldn't have gotten through all of this without his help as well. Everything from sheetrock to drywall and painting to door trims was well done. We got to know the staff well, and they were such nice people with good work ethic. ASAP also has great sub-contractors. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops. They recommended great quality products and have the right professionals for installation. I'm in the design business myself and had never been through an experience like this with flood damage. I can't say enough about the professionalism and follow through from ASAP. I would and will recommend them to my friends and family. Also important to note, if they have a point of view on something that would look better, listen to them, they know their business. We went back and forth on a few finish options and whenever I took their advice, I was happy with the end result! I may be a designer, but I believe you can always learn something new if you stay open! Here's the reality check. You as the customer have to do your homework too. Don't expect them to bring you lots of floor samples and counter top samples and cabinet samples. That is time consuming and not part of their job. But do feel free to ask them for advice on where to go to check out materials, they have great sources!! My opinion is, when you go through something like this, you have to take the time to understand what your insurance company is willing to pay for. Talk to your adjustor if you have questions. And once you know, for example, what your budget is for kitchen countertops, go check out material pricing at Lowe's. Then you can have a reasonable conversation with your contractor. If you don't do your own homework and just leave it in your contractor's hands, you will be fine - just don't complain if it isn't exactly what you imagined. Hiring a contractor is a 2 way relationship. If you don't do your part, you shouldn't complain unless something is actually installed wrong. We are very happy with all the work performed by ASAP!! SO GRATEFUL TO ASAP RESTORATION FOR MAKING OUR HOME BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!!

James removed old tiles, repaired the wall board, installed a new shower surround along with new plumbing, and then painted. It took him several trips to get the job done, but his work is thorough and professional. Very friendly to work with too!

Ben did a great job of assembling and installing a glass shower enclosure. It turned out to be a much more complex and time consuming project than anticipated, but he did not raise the estimate and performed very well.

This was supposed to be a straightforward project - to install a new garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and RO spout. The last part, the RO faucet, turned out to be a tough non-standard case and required some extra effort and an extra visit, which Ryan handled very professionally without an extra charge (!)

We had a water leak behind the bathtub. Carl immediately sent a guy out to inspect for water damage (at no extra charge). The gentleman who came by was friendly and professional. No damage found. Carl stopped by a couple days later (on a Saturday, when our schedules aligned) and he found the issue and fixed it. Carl was friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend him!

One of their tech's - Diego - helped install a bathroom fan. I had one idea about the job, and he offered a far simpler alternative. He was fast, efficient, and got the job done well. I'm happy with the experience.

They had my bathtub drain cleared in 10 minutes flat. It had been taking 2+ hours to drain after a shower, now it's back in perfect working order. The blockage turned out to be roots growing into the drain pipe. Would I use these guys again? Absolutely.

Always punctual, cordial and professional. His work was perfect quality. He will work with any schedule and can do everything. In my home he did the following: repaired a severe leak in my bathtub, replaced/upgraded all the hardware in my bathroom, replaced a sconce to a hanging electrical cord outlet, replaced all my smoke detectors which are also connected electrically, repaired my door jam and casing around my door which had been causing my electrical bill to soar as air was seeping in and out, and replaced a baseboard which was warped due to water damage. I plan to hire him to tile my bathrooms, hook up my plumbing when I get new counter tops and sinks, and paint my interior. I highly recommend Calvin Franklin.

I am a cut up from some of my competition simply because of my ethical view. I refuse to deal with any of my customers just like another job. I know that people are counting on me and I feel a real responsibility toward them. It bothers me that some contractors can be impersonal and cut corners to save them selves a buck at the customers expense.

Hire skilled professionals for absolutely everything.
