Janelle E. says, "Matr was fantastic! It was Saturday Labor Day weekend and my hot water heater burst at the bottom flooding 3 different rooms as all 40 gallons of water came out. Unbelievable but my hot water heater is located in a separate closet in my living/dining room area! Each room had carpeting so you couldn't mop up the water! My normal plumber was not working as holiday weekend and found Matt on Thumbtack. This was urgent he got to my home within an hour!!! New hot water heater installed with 3 hours! What's most urgent however is IMMEDIATE remediation to get water removed from carpet and low part of walls before further damage and to stop possible mold growth immediately. Most insurers don't cover mold removal. Matt had called an excellent remediation company company immediately they were there with an hour of Matt's arrival started remediation immediately They mistakenly blew out pilot light by putting enormous fan on it and lost my hot water. Matt came back immediately and fixed it at no charge! Adjuster came today said plumber excellent job calling remediation water totally dried in all areas and claim on my insurance well under my water damage coverage. I will now call Matt first my next plumbing need."See more

Jonathan Brewer says, "We had a great experience with Z Plumberz, especially thanks to Tommy! We had a small but persistent water leak from a copper pipe located right above our kitchen pantry. Initially, Tommy suspected it was due to our upstairs master bathroom toilettotally understandable, since thats a common culprit.After shutting off and removing the old toilet (which definitely needed replacing anyway), the leak continued. Tommy didnt stop therehe took the extra step of opening up the ceiling drywall in the pantry and was able to locate the real issue: a tiny leak directly from a copper pipe overhead.He clearly explained everything along the way, and once the source was found, we worked out a plan to fix the leak and replace the upstairs toilet as a preventative measure. My wife and I really appreciated how quickly Tommy and the Z Plumberz team responded and took care of our home with professionalism and care.Highly recommend Tommy and the team if you want the job done right with genuine customer service.
