FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I maintain my affiliation with the American College of Sports Medicine by taking continuing education courses to maintain my certification status and to expand my knowledge as a trainer. The ACSM organization does a thorough job of keeping me up to date on growing trends, the latest medical research findings and how to serve special needs of individual clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a coach and teacher at the cellular level. In every profession I've ever had, that is what I find myself doing, even if it wasn't originally in my job description. I can explain, demonstrate, draw analogies, and innovate just by breathing. I love it. I'm a natural. The feedback I get from clients the most though, is that I'm inspirational.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Custom personal training, a detailed meal plan, supplement recommendations, healthy recipes, a detailed grocery list, detox tips with recommended supplements, and a cardio regimen. I can design a program as narrow or wide as you need it to be.
