- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates for new garage door installations. For repairs, a flat service charge applies, which includes on-site diagnosis and the first hour of labor. After that, we charge in 15-minute increments. Pricing is transparent, and veterans receive a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message to understand the issue. For new installations, we schedule a complimentary on-site visit and bring sales materials, including color and panel samples, to help you select the ideal door. For repairs, we arrive ready to diagnose and fix the problem. Any photos, door sizes, or additional information you can share upfront helps us bring the right parts and equipment to complete the job efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed contractor with five years of hands-on experience in garage door installation and repair. I’ve completed training across major brands, including LiftMaster and CHI, and stay current with modern safety standards and best practices. My military background also instilled a mindset of discipline, precision, and accountability—skills I bring to every job.
