I highly recommend Matt. My concerns about starting personal training were: I haven't ever lifted weights before, I wasn't sure about having a male personal trainer, I thought I might hate it. But I have had a great experience. Matt makes the workouts difficult but accessible. It isn't at all uncomfortable that he is a man. And I always leave feeling happy that I went. He is really nice, professional and helps me work toward my goals.
These reason Matt is outstanding is his knowledge. Matt has two college degrees. One degree in fitness and the other in nutrition. Most personal trainers hold a certificate. You won't be disappointed.

Gregory great personal trainer , very knowledgeable!i have been seen great results because he cares about clients and want them to achieve their goals . Every evening i had to sent him a screenshot of my daily intake, also he knew exactly what my weight should be by the end of the week . If i wasn’t there it’s because i ate something that I’m not supposed too or drink beer during the week :) i lost 10 lb in 28 sessions . I’m doing 3 sessions per week !Thank you Grégory:)
Carolyn is wonderful! She customizes your workouts to you. I have seen what a client before me and after me has done and we don't do the same thing. She is not also a great personal trainer, but also a great wellness & life coach.
I've only just begun my training with Brian but it's easy to tell this is going to be just exactly what I was looking for. I needed someone knowledgeable who would know how to work with certain joint issues I have and he most definitely does. He understands the whole picture, including nutrition, and it gives me a lot of confidence that I'm going to easily hit my goals. To add to that, when you hire a personal trainer you have a certain expectation of physical fitness and Brian is one of those that "looks" like a personal trainer, so it's obvious that he takes his own advice. I'm excited about the upcoming months! :)
I was looking for a trainer to help me get into shape, and decided to give Derek a try. He was a great choice. He is genuinely respectful and approachable, and really easy to be friends with. During your workout he will make sure that you are comfortable, and that you are getting the most optimal results for your time. He will ask you for your feedback during exercises so that he can tailor a custom plan to meet your goals. He is flexible, and will plan with you to make workout sessions that meet your schedule. Most of all I appreciated how experienced he was. During my time with him, he would explain the mechanics of the exercise, which helped me feel confidant I was doing it correctly. He made me an extremely detailed diet plan, and spent time explaining nutrition in applicable and easy to understand ways. I wasn't disappointed with any aspect of his service. If you're looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend giving Derek Stone a shot.
I have been working out with Nick for about five years now. When he left the gym where I began working out with him to work out of a studio instead, I followed him because I couldn't imagine a better personal trainer. He's knowledgable not only with fitness, but also about how the body works and he tailors each individual's workout and nutritional plan so that we can all reach our optimal potential. He's also a lot of fun! I'd recommend him to anyone looking to change their life for the better - no matter your age or fitness goals.
Last summer I decided I was ready to look into exercise assist type options - gym, personal trainer, classes, etc. During my search, I came across Keleigh at Balanced Strength. I liked the idea of being able to work out in a home-based setting, and she had excellent reviews, so I emailed her. She was prompt in her reply and very courteous. I met with Keleigh the following week and I learned just how challenging Pilates is. But I liked it enough to go back . Keleigh creates challenging workouts, but she's also very good at making sure you rest when you need to. And if something doesn't feel right during any part of the workout, she's good at making instant modifications to avoid injury. Keleigh is also good about changing things up. Minus a few scheduling conflicts, I've seen her weekly for 6 months now and have only repeated a couple of exercises that I can remember. We have also incorporated a few HIIT workouts and even a hybrid of HIIT with Pilates. I have struggled with liking exercise my entire life, but I actually look forward to my weekly sessions with Keleigh. I highly recommend her!
I don't know how she does it, but Dolores from Club FItspiration gets you working harder than you ever thought you could and then you end up asking her for more! She is an exceptional trainer who is also a foodie nutritionist. So knowledgeable. I owe her my life. Literally. I lost 58 pounds in 5 months with her inspirational coaching, my high blood pressure is normal and I just ran my first half marathon. Now she's getting me ready for my first marathon in January. I really can't say enough about Dolores and her wealth of knowledge and motivation. I'm a fan for life!

I loved working out with Brian Espinoza! Made my workouts feel like no workout at all. Always pushing me and motivating me to do more and surpassing my goals. Also, I love the clean and professional environment. There is a variety of equipment available to work with and all is in an excellent working condition. Highly recommend Brian and all the Personal Trainers at that facility. They are all super nice and friendly to everyone not just their clients. Wonderful experience over all.
Kelsey is an excellent coach, nutritional expert and personal trainer. I am impressed with the attention to details and her knowledge both in the gym and in the nutritional counseling she provides, along with the tools she offers, she has provided a vary thoughtful and well round program for my needs. She is very helpful in my goal to get my body in the best shape it has ever been in. After 2 weeks of training, I have already achieved a remarkable change in not just my appearance, but my energy, my vitality and in my well-being as well. Her program is easy to follow. She knows the gym work and how to layout a program that is perfect for me. I have no doubt that I will be able to achieve my goals with Kelseys expertise.
Gage is a very knowledgeable and passionate individual. You can tell he is there for you and can explain his practice in depth. Not only that I saw improvement in movement after one session. Couldn’t recommend him anymore highly!

Liz Brooks is truly an amazing personal trainer! She works with me as a whole person; physically, mentally, and emotionally. Because of her efforts, I have lost a total of 142lbs so far, I am stronger (both physically and mentally), I am more confidant, I am healthy, and I am just genuinely happier with my life! I can also finally say working out has become fun! I have worked with other personal trainers in the past and I can say that Liz is one of the best! I give my highest recommendation!

Patrick Thomas has been my Personal Trainer for 2+ years. Patrick took me from post-physical therapy for cervical radiculopathy to a fitness level I now feel comfortable with.
