Hello, I am Erika and would love to bartend at your private event! Please contact me and tell me what you are looking for: Group Size, Date/Time, Type of Event/Celebration, General idea of location, budget, and any other details you would like to share. From there I create a custom proposal of all costs and explain payment and terms. Then a contract is sent to firm details in which the first deposit is due. The second deposit is final pre payment due (1) week in advance of event. A little bit about me: I have worked in Hospitality ( Bartending, Serving, Management, Event Planner) for over 20 years. I was laid off in 2020 when Covid hit us. My kids school closed so I have been homeschooling them since then and they returned in person just about a month ago. I am ready to work and help out wherever I can! I am extremely adaptable to different clientele in different situations. I have worked upscale, casual, elegant, small, large, VIP, and crazy fun parties! The most important thing to me is exceeding your expectations, a high level of customer service, and making sure the guests--and you--end the event with many great memories. The size of Groups I can handle for bartending are small to 100 max. An Idea of Costs here--* subject to change based on your final needs*-- Option 1: ** I provide a portable bar set up ONLY if you do not have an already designated area/tabletops I can work from. Please note: I would need to visit or receive photos to assure it works well. ** I provide Ice, garnishes, and Mixers/Soda/Juice ( see price below) ** I provide basic alcohol, Red and White wine, Assorted Beers. We would review tiers of each on an initial call. Even though I provide these, this is an additional service. The client pays the full price of all alcohol, beer, wine purchased along with a Service Fee. ( for the time to purchase items/labor). --PRICE: $ 220 for 4 hours. Each additional hour is $60 per hour. ( I come early to set up. There is no fee for set up and tear down) --CLIENT pays for ALL Beverages PRIOR to event. Any beverages remaining you keep ( or give to guests). I provide the Receipt of all Costs that you pre-approved. Along with the Receipt total there is a Service fee Charge of $150 --Additional $6 per person for sodas, juice, mixers Option 2: ** I provide a portable bar set up ONLY if you do not have an already designated area/table tops I can utilize. Please note: I would need to visit or receive photos to assure it works well. ** I provide Ice, garnishes, and Mixers/Soda/Juice ( included in pricing). This can be discussed and you can provide if you would like. ** The client/ you provide ALL beverages including alcohol, beer, wine. I would require a list and how many of each 2 weeks prior to make sure we are on the right track. --PRICE: $ 220 for 4 hours. Each additional hour is $60 per hour. ( I come early to set up. There is no fee for set up and tear down) --Additional $6 per person for sodas, juice, mixers Additionally, we would discuss glassware and any bar decor. There are options here as well. If it is an outside/patio event the serving cups should be plastic. It really depends on type of event, location, and size of event.
