I have worked with so many personal trainers but Nick is by far the most motivational, professional & results oriented trainer. He took the time to reallt understand by fitness & health goals. He built a great nutrition, workout & strength training plan customized for me. He also showed me the proper way to strength train, to build muscle & lose fat. Nick is a professional at what he does. My first session with him and I learned more about weight lifting than I ever knew before. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone that wants to train with a purpose and gain extra knowledge about the sport.

My experience with Nick couldn’t have been better. He has the knowledge and passion to help anyone reach the goals they have set whether it’s complete transformation or just feeling healthier. Along with his knowledge of training he accompanies it with a wide understanding of nutrition and diet, which helped me achieve the physique I wanted.
