I am a NASM certified personal train based out of Tempe, Arizona . I offer several different packages with 1on1 , small group, and online training to fit everyone with their different goals and budgets at hand. Nutrition is included in every package as well. Went to Highschool with Jeff. My first year of college i gained some weight and i came to him at the beginning of COVID and told him my goal. He worked with me at first with a lot of HIIT workouts, and slowly started to introduce lifting and proper diet. Along with cardio, learning a lot about my body, and working with Jeff, i have completely transformed my body. Hell of a trainer, you will not regret working with him, he may have more than one client, but he makes it feel like you are his only one.
I will attach the pics of my transformation, and there is no way i could’ve done this without him.

I have been working with Jeff for almost a year now as a client and I couldn't be happier. I have had bad experiences with personal trainers in the past and was kind of aprensive about working with one again when I decided that I wanted to get into shape( thank you quarantine) . I was grateful to start training with Jeff. He is very professional and provides helpful advice and guidance throughout the sessions. He is very responsive to any question that I may have. Additionally, his rates are PHENOMENAL and cant be beat anywhere else for the quality of training that you get. Jeff works with my current ability to achive my fitness goals. I can see myself reaching my fitness goals and beyond with his training. I highly recommend training with Jeff.

Jeff is a great personal trainer that has greatly motivated my fitness journey. In an hour session he packs in a lot of workouts that adjusts to your needs. Been feeling super strong and healthy since starting and am excited to continue seeing results.

Jeff has been one of the most encouraging and funnest trainers I have ever worked with. At first I was super hesitant about working with a personal trainer. I was so nervous but as soon as I sat down with jeff and we got to talking about the goals I had, it was a great match. He matched my goofy energy but also made sure to be encouraging and firm. He wouldn’t let me quit and helped my self esteem sky rocket. His sense of humor was perfect as well. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been working with Jeff for the past 7 months and it has been the best experience! Jeff has taught me so much, and is always motivating me to push myself to do things that I didn’t think I would be able to do. The results I have seen in myself have been amazing, and I really couldn’t have gotten where I am now without him!
