Hi if you're interested in living a healthier lifestyle and want to transform your body and daily habits into something better then you're at the right place here. I am a NASM certified personal train based out of Tempe, Arizona . I offer several different packages with 1on1 , small group, and online training to fit everyone with their different goals and budgets at hand. Nutrition is included in every package as well. I have been working with Jeff for almost a year now as a client and I couldn't be happier. I have had bad experiences with personal trainers in the past and was kind of aprensive about working with one again when I decided that I wanted to get into shape( thank you quarantine) . I was grateful to start training with Jeff. He is very professional and provides helpful advice and guidance throughout the sessions. He is very responsive to any question that I may have. Additionally, his rates are PHENOMENAL and cant be beat anywhere else for the quality of training that you get. Jeff works with my current ability to achive my fitness goals. I can see myself reaching my fitness goals and beyond with his training. I highly recommend training with Jeff.
