What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to start slow the first week and get basic movements down and start slowly on making nutrition better wether it's eating more or less.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in this industry for a few years now starting off as an online trainer and getting experience through programming before branching off and doing in person training as well.
