I offer a free 30 minute evaluation on the first day of workouts so the first day will tend to go 1.5-1.75hrs.
Individual $65 per 1-1.25 hour session
Add on person: $15 per hour
Small Group: 3-5 people 4 sessions for $80. (Only $20 per session!)
