- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After reaching out to me, you can expect to hear back no later than 24-48 hours to schedule a virtual discovery call. On that call, we will discuss your goals, experience, lifestyle, any injuries/limitations, and then I’ll setup a game plan for you. We will then schedule your first session, where I will assess your movement patterns, address anything specific to your goals, and then finish it off with a shorter than usual workout. You will receive guidance on actionable steps to take while you’re not in the studio with me, whether that is an extra lift, cardio, nutrition goals, etc. I will then see you at your next session!! As part of the accountability I provide, we will discuss goals every month, what went well and what could’ve gone better in regards to your actionable steps. Based on this, we will decide if we can keep the same actionable steps or if we need to pivot. You will be reaching your goals faster than ever! I can’t wait to get you started. :)
