Hi, I’m Richard Seng—a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and Nutrition Coach (NCI). I help busy professionals lose fat, reduce pain, and build strength without spending hours in the gym or giving up their favorite foods. My clients are often people with demanding jobs, long hours at a desk, and tight schedules. They’ve tried apps, diets, and YouTube workouts—but nothing stuck. That’s where I come in. I highly recommend Richard as a personal trainer. I had a package of 4 sessions to improve my daily work out routine. During this process he helped me to improve and correct some of my exercises. If you are new in gym its very important to have someone to teach you the right way and Richard is that person.
