FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each potential new client receives a consultation and a trial session. Going forward, I charge per month(4 weeks). This keeps the client more accountable as opposed to single session rates. My prices are flexible but typically average between a few hundred to a few thousand a month. This depends on how many times per week the client wishes to train.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients receive a consultation/initial session. In this meeting we get to know each other, talk about goals, challenges previously faced with reaching said goals, take assessments, and come up with a game plan to get you on the right track. This goes for nutrition clients as well; they go through a nutrition assessment/consultation.
