He explained from the beginning what our options were, he gave his recommendations that we found quite reasonable. The job started when he said it would and he was regularly checking on the progress. Navin R. says, "This review is for the structural work they did to take down and support a sheer wall and also put in a new kitchen. Joey, Charlie and Peter were all very professional. The contractors showed up at 8am every day, six days a week until the project was done. They honored their contract even as they spent more labor hours than anticipated on parts of our kitchen project. They did a good job on the small things (picking correct adhesive colors, making the stair edges look really good, cutting crown moulding around odd-shaped objects, etc). They were also very mindful of us since we were living in the house through the renovation (ex. placed plastic to make sure dust stayed only on the first floor, cleaned up regularly, informed us to keep our son away from certain areas). They finished the project within budget, in-time, in accordance with engineering plans and passed all inspections. I highly recommend them."See more
