Bear Remodeling did an amazing job on my bathroomremodel. The team was nice, courteous and worked hard to get what I wanted. Joel with Bear Remodelingremodel our home. We upgraded our kitchen and bathrooms, installed hardwood flooring and repainted the interior and exterior of our house. We were so impressed with their attention to detail, and how well organized the construction company runs. The entire project was handled professionally and the final result was a reflection of our taste. Our kitchen and bathroomremodel came out better than we expected. During the work that they did at my house, I could see that they are detail oriented, hardworking and skilled. They did the work remarkably beautiful. My old kitchen was demolished completely and they installed new plumbing, cabinets, lightings and appliances while in the bathroom they replaced the tub and shower while installing new floor, hardware and vanity with double sink. During the work, I noticed that Joel was very honest and fair with me while having excellent communication skills as well. I didn't experienced any hidden charges or additional extras. With my past experience it was hard to find a team who knows their work so well and that honesty is their main factor. I would definitely work with them again!!!

We needed to change the kitchen as well as the floors from the front foyer to the kitchen. This included the hall, the main floor powder room, and the laundry room. The reno included new cabinetry in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom as well as installation of new fixtures and appliances. I was impressed with the quality of the work as well as the pleasant professionalism of the workers at BEAR Remodeling. Each of the people that I worked with from the designers to the clean-up crew listened and made every effort to work with me to achieve the best results.

Please feel free to ask questions, find out what the market rate is and then get more that one quote. It does not take that much time especially when you will be making a life changing decision.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with our project managers- We want to know you, so we can hear and see all your project details to give you the maximum information and Design Concepts for what you are looking to achieve.
A few days after the meeting you will receive a detailed proposal and scope of work from your project manager.
Congratulations! We have decided to move forward together, lets start the process and finalize the paperwork.
Our professional teams includes drafters, designers, architects & engineers who will start working on your plans. After your approval we will get the permits and approval necessary from your city/county.
Bears team of experts will start your construction to turns dream into reality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up I worked with my father and knew that was what I wanted to do. I have years of hands on experience and many summers of training before I decided to study and pass my CSLB test for our license and here we are now!!
