Dr. Ira was a great officiant for our wedding day. He and I met a few months before the wedding to discuss what we wanted, and he was able to email some vow options that we liked. We went with a very simple ceremony with traditional vows, but Dr. Ira gave a beautiful message before the vows and ring exchange. Many family members complimented us on our officiant and said they wanted to remember the lesson he gave during his message. He was also reasonably priced and arrived in plenty of time for the ceremony. I would recommend him to anyone in the area! We also plan to take advantage of the included counseling session within a year of marriage, which he said he can also do via Skype for those living out of town after the wedding.
I had my doubts about getting marriage counseling, but when I started going to Michelle she proved to me how helpful it really is. So much that I think every young couple needs coaching in order to avoid serious relationship issues in the future. With her loving sidekick/spouse helping out, it provides a male and female aspect of each situation that comes up. Overall, Michelle is a great, caring person that will provide you with positive energy, motivation, and useful resources for life (not just marriage counseling). Coaching or no coaching, it's always nice to be blessed with the presence of such a person in your lifetime.
We are about to celebrate or 7th anniversary but I can still remember the day like it was yesterday! Mike was very helpful and tailored the premarital counseling to our lifestyle. He listened to us when we asked to keep the ceremony short and sweet. Best of all, he incorporated humorous and meaningful statements that kept our guests interested. If he stilled lived in WA I’d recommend him to all my friends up here.
Cristi was incredible. I am a young college student who struggled with anxiety and depression. College is very overwhelming and I often times felt completely lost in my career path but Cristi really listened to me and gave me feedback that I will be able to use for the rest of my college years. Later, I found myself in deep disappointment with my current relationship. In one session I was having a difficult time putting my feelings into words but Cristi was able to explain exactly how I was feeling and relay it back to my boyfriend. She set up a plan for us to follow, which resulted in a more loving and healthier relationship. She is a genuine person that deeply cares about her clients. Anyone can tell how much she loves her job!
My goodness, how can I put into words my feelings on Reverend James as our Wedding Officiant? When I look back on that day, he is there smiling at me-his presence brings me peace as it always has. He is the one who before our wedding reminded me to remember to look into each other eyes and take in the moment and all its greatness. And I am so glad I did that! Reverend James was the one who counseled my husband and I before our marriage-helping us understand all that stood before us and that all we needed was love, understanding and compassion. Reverend James even found us our band-who made the day spectacular! My own father is older, from another time. Reverend James has always been there for me in a way that I really needed- a strong wise person who loved and reminded me to love as greatly as I can. If he has made it into your life-enjoy the blessing that he really is.
Murray was very experienced and professional with helping my husband and I get a better understanding of one another. Our relationship was strained over the course of several disagreements on key topics, but Murray helped provide us with some simple but powerful tools in order to work out our problems as a couple. His guidance and fair approach made sure we were both comfortable in speaking our mind. We were able to rebuild trust and repair the damaged foundation of our marriage at the end of Murray's counseling sessions. We would not hesitate to recommend him to a close friend if we saw they were having similar issues.
Therapy never quite made a difference for me in the past, and believe me I really wanted it to. Samanthas approach is so completely different and more personal then anything I experienced before that it has profoundly impacted my life in a way I always wished therapy would have. Unlike others, she helped me understand my life as a whole - and helped me develop a sense of self-compassion I never before realized would be so instrumental in my self-acceptance and self-growth. I learned to appreciate what it really means to be a growing human-being with Samantha and I learned to step back and see the whole picture of my life instead of just chopped up and seperate events. Some are good at making you think they understand you, but with Samantha one feels it. Best of all, she feels like a friend that really relates and not a detached doctor taking suspicious notes that is always at an arms length. I only wish I had met her sooner.
We worked extensively with Pastor Eddie for our premarital counseling. He made us realized that the "engagement" period of a relationship isn't just meant to plan a wedding, it's more importantly meant to plan for your marriage. He equipped us both with the essential tools needed for marriage and for a lifetime of agape love. He covers everything with the couple so you are entering this marriage with no surprises. You review everything from fair fighting, communication, finances, parenting, etc. and how imperative it is to keep God at the center of your life and your marriage. Anyone we talk to who is looking to get engaged or is engaged, we encourage them to definitely do premarital counseling and to contact Pastor Eddie.
Working with Saman for almost 3 years and I have to say that he has blossomed into a great professional. To be honest I was really skeptical if therapy was right for me, seeing as I only met him a year or so into his internship so I wasn't sure if he was able to help me. He is a very patient, compassionate and understanding person who takes this field of work to heart...It's pretty much his calling in life. Fast forward two and a half years later, I've learned ways to cope with my anxiety and have gained the confidence to accomplish my goals in my life.
Third Way Counseling is great! They have been sensitive to my needs (financial and time constraints) and are accommodating in every way.
Randy Moraitis has been my coach and a friend for the past five or six years. As the director of operations in the organization, I was privileged to work with him and found him to have insight and wisdom needed for the position that I was in. Since leaving that organization, I have sought Randy out a number of times to assist me in situations that I had not encountered before and have always appreciate his insight and suggestions. Randy is an individual who will go above and beyond where many others would not. Randy takes the time to listen and understand where someone is needing change and in those confidential moments will guide that person to see the strengths they have and how to move in the direction they want to go. Randy is intelligent not only in the sense of his training but in his life experience as well and as such has helped me and others, to navigate the transition that was needed. From the very first conversation an individual will feel comfortable with Randy and will feel empowered to take the next indicated step necessary for the goal that is desired. Randy is an incredibly professional and skilled coach dedicated to helping people create the lives that they want. As he very well knows, no two individuals will travel the same road and through his use of questions, insight, perspective and authenthic listening skills he has helped me, and others, to answer difficult questions that I could not answer on my own. Randys straightforward approach is direct, professional and empowering. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to remove the obstacles and find direction on how to move forward.
She was fantastic during the initial phone consultation. A great listener, very calming and reassuring and gave me a detailed run-down of what to look forward in coming sessions. I look forward to her help :)

Gifted and Creative Counseling is my private assessment, life coaching and psychotherapy practice. I've helped people of all ages fulfill their purpose and passion for the last 15 years. I specialize in identifying reasons for complex problems, such as why we aren't succeeding in a given area (social, emotional, relational, occupational, educational, etc.) how to get past whatever is blocking us (beliefs, life situation, relationships, trauma, depression, anxiety). We work at your speed in person, at my Granada Hills office, or by phone, skype, or email. I also specialize in assessing children who are having difficulties, both using achievement testing, and qualitative means such as observation, interview and play, that can yield a kind of owner's manual for him or her; this is useful in a wide range of applications, and teachers really benefit from knowing this information.
I am a therapist, but I am more than willing to help students with basic English. I am willing to do preparation for exams and go over information with students to increase their GPA.
I help people to understand what might be getting in their way to having healthier relationships and success in their lives. I listen very carefully and build a trusting relationship where new experiences can be had and growth begins. When life outside my consultation room is changing, I know we are doing good work inside!

If you are looking for a down to earth pragmatic person, you’ve found me. I offer two distinct but related services. I am a mental health professional offering psychotherapy and counseling and I am a career coach specializing in lifestyle redesign. My approach to both services are the same: I partner with you to facilitate your personal and/or professional growth in a non-judgemental, supportive space. My philosophy is simple. We are all works in progress and it’s never too late to create the life that you want or to be who you want to be
I am a licensed MFT working with individuals, couples, and families, inspiring motivation, hope, and healing with people of various backgrounds and cultures. Our earliest relationships are the mother and father of all the other relationships that come later in life. If we are not aware of it and don't have insight into it, we are bound to repeat and relive them over and over again. My goal is to create a warm, safe environment for people who have never felt seen or heard or understood where they can finally feel safe. Therapy provides a chance to rework, repair and reparent those parts of ourselves that never got developed into a new healthier, whole self. It provides another chance. There are no wrong feelings. The skill is how you manage and express them. We are often afraid to give words to our feelings or ask for what we need, yet that is really the path toward freedom. It is important to learn how to respond rather than react, and to know the difference. What you will learn in doing those skills will empower you and improve the quality of all your relationships. You will come to know what healthy arguments look like - to resolve conflict without blame.
