Hello Community, my name is Manny. I am 6 year Army Veteran. I reside currently around the Anaheim Area. I have been in the pest control industry 10 years now. I specialize in Locating rodent access points and closing them as well as trapping THEM PERMANENTLY. I also have 5 years experience ridding attics of the feces left by these critters by means of manually vacuuming them and following up with a sanitzing fog after.i offer 1 year warranty with all my jobs. I let my work speak for itself. I DO NOT use foam or anything perishable, Only Steel Mesh and Mortar. Pest control is also one of my specialties. Anything that crawls I can get rid of except termites. I'm very fair on my prices so don't hesitate to ask. Bee removals, bed bugs and roach clean outs are my specialties. I had a great experience with Manny. Their communication was really, always keeping me in the loop. My pricing is competitive with the rest. I provide a very thorough inspection as well as ensuring i allow enough time to answer enough questions for you to decide whether or not to go for the service. Thankfully i have all the time in the world, no rush.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to establish a need as opposed to a want. I don't upsell anything if you don't need it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
being in the military 6 years allowed me to endure a lot of harsh conditions which in turn helps me to stay in attics and on roofs during peak summer time when its hot. I enjoy challenge!
