I found Catering by Ashley/Blackburn's on Thumbtack. Wow, what a find! First they showed up on time, big plus. They were helpful and friendly in setting up. There were no hidden fees or surprises. They were very good with people. Bill and Ashley were both lovely people and professional. They were able to cater within my budget. The food was excellent! I received many compliments from those within my company on how good the food was.

With just enough sauce in their brisket sandwich to not overwhelm the flavor of the meat, it was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. The bread was soft & the fries! If they had all-you-can-eat fries, I'll be in heaven. Fresh-cut, never frozen & they are soooo good. Buy their food! Eat their food!

I would recommend anyone to try the food and desserts. EVERYTHING I have had is beyond amazing! The strawberry butter is to die for, loaded Mac is yummy,shrimp and grits are unforgettable and lastly favorite the funnel cake cupcake is to die for! And everything is always fresh.
