Shane is an awesome guy! I haven't spent much time with him but the time I have he has given me great advice! He understands my needs and takes them into consideration. If I had to think of a word to describe him it would be UNDERSTANDING. He has taken the time to create a food schedule for me based off what I love to eat. Since he doesn't live near me anymore he keeps in contact through the Internet but everything still feels genuine and personal. He understands I am a visual learner and sends me workout videos. All around he is a wonderful person/trainer who just wants the best for you just as much as you want the best for yourself! Can't wait to see him flourish as a personal trainer!

I told Shane what I wanted and he developed a workout in a short about of time. It only took an hour at the gym which helped a lot due to my work life. He also showed me what foods to eat to trim fat and build muscle. Overall I received the results I wanted and I ate more food than when I started. It was amazing.

I am in okay shape for a 55 year old man but overweight (by about 30 lbs). I decided to look for a trainer who could train me not only to tone up, but help me with nutrition. Shane knows a ton about nutrition, and is a great weight trainer! He put me on the road to losing weight before he moved out of my area - I hope I can find someone else as good as him ( but I doubt it)!

I only had the pleasure of training with Shane for a few months, but in that time I got to see plenty of his fitness chops in action. I learned quite a bit about proper technique and a lot about different approaches to weightlifting. In addition, I learned a bunch of new movements from him which I've incorporated to my workouts. His focus on proper technique and the simple, realistic philosophy he brings into the gym are what I found most appealing about his service. Aside from that, he's always on time and provides all of the quality work ethic you would expect of a professional.
